Sales inbox processing for NetSuite wholesalers

Customers email the order. You shouldn't have to retype it into NetSuite.

SalesEnact reads purchase orders and quote requests in your sales inbox, matches them to the right customer in NetSuite and drafts the sales order using their pricing. Your team checks it and posts it.

How it works

The order is already in the email. Why retype it?

Every customer order currently requires manual work: reading the email, identifying the customer, matching products and pricing, and entering the order into NetSuite. SalesEnact automates that work and drafts the order for your team to check and post, one email at a time.

Every email is screened for anything malicious, then read in full: PDFs, scans, Word files and spreadsheets.

Which NetSuite customer this is, even from a forwarded thread, and which product each line means, matched to your catalogue and superseded codes.

SalesEnact uses the customer's NetSuite pricing for each line, matches items against what they have ordered before, and selects the right depot from their customer record. Standing instructions are applied automatically.

If two products are an equally good match, or a price or address is missing, SalesEnact flags the line for review and shows the possible options rather than guessing.

Your team reviews every transaction in one place before it is posted to NetSuite.

One place to review and post

Drafts line up ready for review. Anything SalesEnact is unsure of is flagged for your team rather than guessed.

The agent drafts. Your team posts.

Every email goes through three steps before it gets to your team. Your team still checks and posts every one.

No unattended posting. The agent cannot post, send, archive or assign. Approved values are locked after sign-off.

Full audit trail. Every draft, approval and post is recorded against the original email. How we record it →

Quality you can see. Every draft is compared with what your team finally posted, field by field.

  1. 1

    Screen the email

Spoofing, phishing and hidden instructions are caught and held before the agent reads anything.

  2. 2

    Draft the order

The agent uses the customer's own pricing to draft the order and flags anything it can't confidently match.

  3. 3

    Check your policy

A separate pass reviews the draft against your rules before your team sees it.

A person posts every order. Nothing reaches NetSuite unattended.

Frequently asked questions

Does it post anything to NetSuite on its own?

No. It drafts. A person on your team reviews every sales order, quote and reply and posts or sends it. The agent cannot post, send, archive or assign by itself.

What if someone sends a malicious email?

Every email is screened before the agent reads it. Spoofed senders, phishing and instructions hidden in an email to try to make the agent do something it should not are held with the reason shown, and never processed. Even if something got through, the agent can only draft: it cannot post, send or change anything without a person approving.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

When it is unsure, for example two products that both fit a line, it marks the draft "Needs attention" and shows the options rather than guessing. Your team corrects the draft before posting, and every draft is compared with what was finally posted so you can see where it needs help.

Do we have to change our email system?

No. Your customers keep emailing the same address. You forward that inbox to SalesEnact. Direct connection to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace mailboxes is on the roadmap.

Which ERPs does it work with?

NetSuite only. That focus is deliberate: it reads your NetSuite customers, items, price levels and addresses, and writes real NetSuite sales orders and quotes.

Is our data used to train AI models?

The model providers are used through their business APIs, which do not train on the data sent to them by default. Every provider is named on our security page, and the data processing agreement we sign with you covers retention and deletion.

Can it handle supplier invoices too?

Yes. The same engine drafts NetSuite vendor bills from emailed supplier invoices and matches them against the purchase order and goods receipt. Most customers start with sales orders and add invoices later.

What does it cost?

A monthly subscription with no upfront implementation fee. We price each business on its own volumes and needs rather than publishing a price list, and we quote once we both understand your volumes and have seen what the drafts look like on your data.
