If you run NetSuite, you have three ways to add AI to sales.

Bolt on Salesforce. Bolt on HubSpot. Or build the sales layer on the record you already have. Here is how they differ. Prices are vendor list prices as published on 18 September 2026, in US dollars, and link to the vendor's own page.

Architecture

Where the customer record lives

Salesforce and HubSpot

The CRM holds its own copy of customers, deals and products. An integration keeps it in step with NetSuite. Integration guides for both platforms describe duplicate customer records, line items that break on edit, and fields such as invoices and credit that the native connectors do not sync.

Sales Enact

Runs on the NetSuite record. Customers, items, prices, stock, credit, quotes, orders and invoices are read where they live. Sales-specific data (buying groups, pipeline, activity) is added alongside, keyed to the NetSuite id. No sync, no duplicates, no integration platform to license.

Why it matters

Quotes priced from real price levels and stock. Forecast built from real quotes and orders. Finance and sales looking at one number. An agent that turns an emailed PO into a NetSuite sales order needs the real item and customer, not a copy.

AI and agents

Who gets the agents

Salesforce

Agentforce Sales editions Core, Advanced and Max at $195, $395 and $550 per user per month. Sales agents (SDR, Prospecting, Pipeline Management, Account Management) are included in Max or available on Core and Advanced as a $125 per user per month add-on. Agent actions consume Flex Credits, priced at $500 per 100,000; a standard action is 20 credits.

HubSpot

Sales Hub Starter $20, Professional $100 and Enterprise from $150 per seat per month, with $1,500 and $3,500 onboarding fees on Professional and Enterprise. Agents are available from Professional and are priced per outcome: the Prospecting Agent at $1 per recommended lead and the Data Agent at $0.10 per answer, drawn from monthly credits that do not roll over.

Sales Enact

One flat monthly price for the business. Every rep, manager and admin gets every agent: inbox, analyst, research, quote-chase, prospecting, coaching and copilot. No per-seat licences, no credit packs, no separate AI tier.

What each does well

An honest fit guide

Choose Salesforce if

You need the broadest ecosystem, enterprise marketing automation, deep analytics and a large partner market, and you have the admin capacity and budget to run it alongside NetSuite.

Choose HubSpot if

Marketing and sales share one inbound-led motion, your team is small, and you value polish, sequences and a meeting scheduler over ERP-linked pricing and margin.

Choose Sales Enact if

NetSuite is your system of record, your customers reorder, reps own accounts, and you want agents that work the inbox and the order book with a person approving, priced flat for the whole team.
