Agents

Named workers with a job, a scope and a stop line.

Not one chatbot with a long prompt. Each Sales Enact agent has a defined job, reads defined data, produces defined drafts, and has a line it never crosses. People approve what matters. Everything is logged.

Inbox agent

Reads
Every email and attachment that lands in your sales, customer-service and accounts-payable inboxes: PDFs, scans, spreadsheets.
Drafts
Sales orders from purchase orders, quotes from quote requests, replies to order-status questions, vendor bills matched to PO and receipt.
Never
Posts to NetSuite, sends a reply or archives a thread without a person approving.

Analyst agent

Reads
Overnight, every account's order history, open quotes, projects, email digests, profile and Companies House data, plus the nine deterministic signals.
Drafts
Up to three suggested actions per account, each with a rationale, the evidence cited, the value and the margin note. A five-field briefing per account.
Never
Invents a number. Briefings are checked against the source data and rejected if a figure is not in it. Suggestions below the confidence bar wait for a manager.

Research agent

Reads
Companies House, the customer's website and public sources, for accounts you choose.
Drafts
Firmographics, disciplines, ownership changes, financial warning signs, and the gaps between what they sell and what they buy from you.
Never
Feeds unreviewed findings into suggestions.

Quote-chase agent

Reads
Open quotes ranked by value, age and expiry, and each rep's close ratio.
Drafts
A follow-up sequence per quote, in the rep's voice, timed to the expiry, ready to approve and send.
Never
Sends without approval, or chases a quote the customer has already declined.

Prospecting agent

Reads
Your best customers' shape, size, sector and buying pattern, and the companies in your territory that look like them.
Drafts
A short list of accounts worth opening, why, and a first approach.
Never
Emails a prospect.

Coaching agent

Reads
Rep scorecards, stalled deals, aged priorities and activity.
Drafts
A 1:1 agenda per rep, stalled-deal nudges, and the week's recognition.
Never
Messages a rep directly. Managers own the conversation.

Copilot

Reads
Whatever the rep asks about: today's queue, an account, an opportunity, a product's stock and price.
Drafts
Answers with sources, logged activities, tasks, notes, stage moves and draft quotes.
Never
Writes to NetSuite, sends to a customer, deletes anything, or dismisses a suggestion without a reason.
Guardrails

How the agents are kept honest

  • Draft, then approve. Any action that creates a NetSuite transaction or sends to a customer needs an approved plan. Approved values are pinned; if the draft drifts, it stops.
  • Evidence or nothing. Suggestions cite their sources. Briefings are checked against the data. Numbers that are not in the data are rejected.
  • Managers gate the new. Suggestions below the confidence bar wait for a manager. Reps rate what they receive, and a person reviews the feedback.
  • Emails are data, not instructions. Customer text is treated as content to read, never as commands to follow.
  • Everything is audited. Every read, draft, approval and post is recorded against the record it touched.
